Door cards (door finishers) for Datsun 1200 were available in different styles.
Overview
Coupe door panels will fit on a 2dr sedan with some very minor mods. The panel may sit a bit higher than the original panel but basically its just a matter of enlarging the window winder hole. Oh, and its harder to fit but it works.
Early Truck door cards are the same as 4-dr sedan.
