Aussie
English-language manuals for B110 (without LB110) are probably Australian or British. The British ones use the term "Saloon" instead of "Sedan".
USA
Manuals for USA will be marked LB110 on the cover -- L designating Left-hand-drive. Some European and South American countries also sold LHD 1200s, but generally those manuals will be in a language other than English. If you see the "U" suffix it is for United States.
