Hitachi distributor for Z-series 8-plug distributors, has a one-piece type internal module (ignitor + pickup in one). The module looks the same as the D4R distributor, but PNs differ.

Vacuum Advance module looks similar but the screw is 90-degrees to D4R and [D4K]] advance modules.
