Overview

Datsun 1200 came with two different wiper switches.

• New (intermittent) Wiper Switch: rectangular 6-connector
• Old (original type) wiper switch: square 6-connector with blue wires

Do not confused with the Lighting switch — both have the same connector.
New Wiper switch (intermittent type) has one blue wire.

Datsun 620 truck uses a NILES wiper switches look identical to Datsun 1200 switches, except for a spacer. Some have black escutcheon. All 620 wiper switches use Datsun 1200 knobs.

For USA, 1978-1979 Datun 620 with Deluxe trim have an intermittent wiper switch, which pulls out three clicks (OFF, INT, Low, High). All other use the two-speed switch (OFF, Low, High). So either a 4-position switch with white rectangle connector or a 3-position switch with yellow square connector.
