Kicking Plate

Kicking plate (キッキング　プレート) is the door jamb. Also known as 'scuff plate' or threshold plate. The door sill is the exterior panel, while the kicking plate is the interior trim.

Overview

Kicking plate is made of aluminum. Early and late differ.
