This tuner fits into an 8-track player like the #Hitachi CST-113BC. In the 1970s FM radios were a luxury. This allowed for you to add an FM radio without replacing the whole system.
The FM Multiplex Tuner Cartridge slips into the Stereo Tape Player. Tuning and volume controls work independent of the other sound equipment. Live stereo music is available through your two speakers. AM, FM, and Tape, all three add up to complete car stereo entertainment.
KP-1100NE has a black top treatment.
