120Y was the marketing name for A12-powered B210 in many countries. The suspension differs from A14-powered B210.

Early 120Y used the exact same front strut assembly as the B110 -- except for the strut top. Various spring rates were used.

USA Market

A12-powered B210 was not sold in USA or Canada. All were HB210 (A13/A14 engines) but were fitted with suspension from the Datsun 610, which was also used in Japan-market by the PB110 (L14-powered B210).
