Overview

Door cardsᵂ (or an American English, door panels) are the interior door covering. Sometimes called the door lining. Not to be confused with the door sheet metal.

Coupe door panels will fit on a 2dr sedan with some very minor mods. The panel may sit a bit higher than the original panel but basically its just a matter of enlarging the window winder hole. Oh, and it's harder to fit but it works.

Early Truck door cards are the same as 4-dr sedan.

The factory visqueenᵂ protects the door cards from moisture. The original door panels are made out of fiberboardᵂ, the doors have polyethylene sheet applied with sealer before the door cards are fitted.

The black bead of rubber sealant is similar to RTV but stickier, thicker and never gets hard. Automotive grade.
