inter cooler is 560x180x65. It fits behind the grille without chopping it and sits in behind the apron. You could go a bit taller without problems but this fits nicely. I cut out the radiator support and made up my own strap from the apron to the rad support out of 5mm steel. I made some spacer brackets to mount the inter cooler, it has to hang about 50-60mm below the rad support from memory to clear the bonnet latch. When I have the grille on you can't even tell its there, which is what I wanted as well.

Changed front pads from a high temp pad to a basic road pad and improved grab and feel a lot at road speeds. Big 280mm S13 Brakes makes it stop very well
