Door cards (door interior trim panels) — which Nissan calls "door finishers" — for Datsun 1200 were available in different styles.

Overview
Coupe door panels will fit on a 2dr sedan with some very minor mods. The panel may sit a bit higher than the original panel but basically its just a matter of enlarging the window winder hole. Oh, and its harder to fit but it works.
Early Truck door cards are the same as 4-dr sedan.
The factory visqueen protects the door cards from moisture. The original door panels are made out of MDF-like fibreboard, the doors have polyethylene sheet applied with sealer before the door cards are fitted.
The black bead of rubber sealant is similar to RTV
