Overview
As with the rest of the wiper system, Wiper Motor for RHD and LHD are reversed. RHD models have the wiper motor on left side, just below the left bonnet hinge.
LHD 1200s have the wiper motor just below the right hood hinge.

Gear Arm
The LHD 1969-1972 Datsun 510 wiper motor gear arm looks the same as RHD 1200 arm, but perhaps the bend is somewhat different. NOTE: 1968 510 uses a splined arm instead of the slotted type.
Interchange
Wiper motor fits Datsun 1200 only, both cars and B120 pickup. B210 wiper *may* fit but the electrical connectors are different (round vs. rectangular)
B310 looks the same, but arm is different. 28810-H9100 MOTOR ASSY-WIPER (JIDECO) 28835-H5000 BRACKET ASSY-MOTOR WIPER (JIDECO) 26389-H9110 ARM ASSY-WIPER MOTOR (MITSUBA) 26389-H9100 ARM ASSY-WIPER MOTOR (JIDECO)

RHD to LHD Interchange
Discuss: POST Windshield Wiper Motor and Arm Interchange RHD to LHD
Though they are fitted to opposite sides of the firewall, the motors look identical. What is different between RHD and LHD is the crank arm, which is not sold separately.

The motors look identical. At most there might be a slight clocking difference (motor shaft turned slightly different when assembled), but they look the same. A clocking difference will affect the parking position.
(front) LHD vs RHD (background) -- the parked position looks the same.
Intermittent Wipers
1979-up Datsun 1200s had an Intermittent Wiper option.
