'Arizona' Publisher Alleges Car Steal

LOS ANGELES--A hearing is scheduled Monday (1) in Federal Court here on Kangaroo Music'sᴳ suit against Rissan Motors. The publisher is charging that the "Do It in a Datsun" radio jingle was taken from songwriter Kenny Young's "Arizonaᴳ," a big hit for Mark Lindsay on Columbia.
