Standard 1200s had small "dog-dish" style caps. Other trims used full 12" wheel coverings. Remember that all B110s, and even PB110 used 12" Wheels, so 13" wheel covers are from some other car.
GL wheel covers. In the US, these were fitted to coupes, optional on sedans.
DX Wheel covers. In the US, these were fitted to Sedans, optional on Coupes.
STD or Semi-DX (Semi-Deluxe) "dog-dish" style hubcaps
SSS wheels "jelly bean" aka "slotted mag" style
