Hitachi D4A Distributor

Starting with the A14 engines, the Hitachi D4A points-type distributor replaced the older D4n type (D40/D41). The D4A features a larger cap for improved spark isolation and resistance to crossfiring. The same body casting was later used for the D4F and D4K Electronic Ignition versions.
