The Rear Engine Crossmember is more commonly called the gearbox crossmember. This transmission crossmember hold the rear engine mount (transmission mount).

  • There are two different types of 60A rear engine mounts (transmission mounts).

    8131.jpg custom engine mounts <li>The stock Datsun 1200 driveshaft should be used. While the B310 driveshaft is the same length, it has the larger H150-style rear flange.

  • The reverse-light switch is right where the Datsun 1200 chassis x-member mount is. You can remove the switch and plug the hole. A spare A12 engine-block drain plug fits (from the side of the engine block). Some say you can beat the chassis out to make room
