Standard 1200s had small "dog-dish" style caps. Other trims used full 12" wheel coverings. Remember that all B110s, and even PB110 used 12" Wheels, so 13" wheel covers are from some other car.

GL wheel covers

In the US, GL covers were fitted to coupes, optional on sedans.

DX Wheel covers

In the US, DX covers were fitted to Sedans, optional on Coupes.

GX wheel covers look like DX wheel covers but have darker center sections
