Standard 1200s had small "dog-dish" style caps. Other trims used full 12" wheel coverings. Remember that all B110s, and even PB110 used 12" Wheels, so 13" wheel covers are from some other car.

Overview
GL wheel covers. In USA these were fitted to most coupes.
Deluxe Wheel covers. In the US, these were fitted to both 2-dr Sedans and Coupes
GX Wheel Covers. Like Deluxe, but with black-tone center as opposed the all-chrome Deluxe covers
Semi-Deluxe 'dog-dish' style hubcaps
Datsun 1200 SSS wheels 'jelly bean' aka 'slotted mag' style

GX wheel covers look like DX wheel covers but have darker center sections

STD Dog-Dish style hubcaps
STD "dog-dish" half-wheel type wheel covers. Used by Semi-DX Van. Also used on Deluxe Truck through July 1979.

Internal diameter of hub caps is approx 210mm. Also suits B10 wheels with the 3 weld-on tabs.

Pickup Center Caps
Sunny 1200 "S" caps were fitted from August 1979 (earlier trucks used the dogdish style cap)

Any 13" hubcaps are not from Datsun 1200, which even in GX form came with 12" wheels.
